Truth be told. I don’t think I have ever bought a store-made greeting card. Not only do I find it hard to spend $3-4 on a store-bought card, I rarely plan far enough ahead to snag one up before I need it. I totally wait to the last minute to do these types of things and I am usually making a card the night before or day of. Give me a piece of paper and a pack of markers and I am good to go. Take that Hallmark.
Cover Verse: For [Name], a Good Friend Inside Verse: One of the good things about getting older is that we eventually learn What is important and brightens our lives and what is of little concern... And one of the things that we learn through the years that has always been found to be true, Is how much it means to have a close friend who's a wonderful person like you. Happy Birthday
3) The most tedious (or time consuming) way is to print out the planner stickers on sticker paper and “fussy cut” out by hand, I have spaced the elements so that you can use a pair of good craft scissors to get a clean cut and handle the fussy cutting. Another handy tool to have for the straight cuts is a slide or rotary paper trimmer which will reduce cutting around the stickers.

The programs we tested range in price from $10 to $50. Our favorite greeting card software for Mac landed near the bottom of that price range at $13 and has the best selection of templates and graphics. Some of the $40 programs have better sharing options and editing tools, but if you don’t need thousands of templates, we suggest checking out the low-cost software we tested.
I stumbled across this page while doing a google search for some vintage printables to test out my new printer because I wanted something I would actually use and not just toss and waste the paper. I can not say thank you enough…this is the most amazing resource I have ever seen and it is so kind of you to offer these! Thank you, thank you, a million times, thank you! I’ve bookmarked for the future and I’m so excited to pour over these later today.
I really loves maps and I hope these images inspire you, like they do me! Go big with a gallery wall or go small with a 5×7 print in a frame – these lovely images are so versatile! Whatever you do, I would love to see, send us a photo, message us on Facebook, or tag #imaremodelaholic on Instagram! I can’t wait to see where your creativity takes you!
Going minimalist means doing more with less, without breaking the bank. Dropping large amounts of cash on a minimalist wallet seems counterproductive anyway, which is why the Card Holder by Noise Goods seems to fit the bill if you’re looking to shed some extra pocket weight without paying a small fortune. Each Card Holder is cut, stitched, waxed, and finished by hand in Portugal from full grain leather and other natural materials, and can tote up to 6 of your most important cards and some cash. – Buy It
Digital stamps are like any .png file. They can be resized in a photo editing program, which means you can choose a size to suit the card or layout or craft item you have in mind! Once they have been printed out, digital stamps can be used in much the same way as traditional stamps. They can be colored and embellished. The finished images can be cut out and incorporated into handmade cards, gift tags, scrapbooks and a whole wide range of papercraft projects.
However, it’s hard to ignore that some of the graphic design tools Hallmark includes give you more control over your creations than even Canva, our best pick, which only has basic drag-n-drop tools. Also, it has more filters, fonts and effects than Canva, though neither program has photo editing tools such as those for cropping images and removing red-eye. Hallmark Card Studio comes with significantly fewer clip art choices than Canva, as well as some of the other greeting card design programs we tested. However, its graphics are high quality, so they are easy to resize and alter for your design. Though not quite trendy, there are a lot of cute and attractive graphics and templates that cover major and minor holidays and events as well as a host of other types of projects you can make, including ornaments, certificates and business cards. Unlike Canva, Hallmark includes templates for traditional single- and multi-fold cards. Hallmark Card Studio also offers a lot of support to help first-time users, including a searchable index, video tutorials and an in-software link to its website. In addition, it is one of the few services we reviewed that offers technical support over the phone.

Unique from other wallets that only feature leather of some sort, the Poquito Wallet comes with a hard, durable wooden front that makes it sophisticated in its own right. The Polished wood shell not only offers striking visual detail but also is a durable and protective case for keeping your financial belongings secure. It has raised sides that protect the edges of the cards as well, all while keeping things sleek and tight. Even though it is ultra lightweight, this wallet can hold 2-8 credit cards, debit cards, identification cards and cash alike. It comes with an elastic band that keeps everything safely in place as well as a coin slot. It can fit into any front, back or coat pocket with ease.
The Saddleback Leather Front Pocket Bifold Wallet is intended for those men who love classic leather wallets but do not love the soft bulky nature that they entail. Designed to be passed on as a legacy item from generation to generation, these wallets have been constructed out of sophisticated, ultra strong and tough full-grain boot leather. This type of leather can take plenty of hits and be impacted regularly and will not show signs of wear. In fact, this kind of leather only looks better with age, as it becomes more supple and soft without ever becoming less stable. Inside of this bifold wallet are two vertical card slots on the left-hand side and two horizontal card slots that can be found on the right-hand side. These slots can accommodate anything from business cards to credit cards to licenses and gift cards. There are pockets behind each card compartment that allows for folded bills to be placed.
It’s not often that a bifold wallet is as front pocket-friendly as it’s minimalist wallet counterparts, but alas, the Slim Bifold by Shinola executes this quite nicely. A leather-lined compartment accommodates plenty of cash and six or more cards thanks to various card slots. Folded edges contribute to the wallet’s streamlined design, while it’s premium American leather construction will only look better with age. – Buy It
That’s it. I didn’t include totals because yours will obviously be different. So plug in the numbers for yourself, and that’s what you need to live. For me these expenses don’t count money for things I want to do outside of my absolute expenses, things like concerts or movies or other events that require money. But those things are optional, and I don’t have to do them. If I don’t have the money to do them, I don’t. I can be content just sitting in a quiet room by myself.
Give the youngest person in the circle the Santa hat and ask them to pull out a card and read it out loud. If the card is directed as just her (e.g., unwrap your gift), that person will do whatever the card says. If the card is directed at the entire group (e.g., everyone pass your gift to the left), everyone does what the card says. Once the person’s turn is completed, they return their card to the Santa hat and pass the hat to the person on their left.
Made in San Francisco, SlimFold wallets are some of the lightest and thinnest wallets around and they’re also waterproof — which makes them a great choice for the upcoming summer months. The waterproof Soft Shell material is made from blending synthetic fibers at high-weave densities, offering the waterproofing you’d get from a high end ski jacket, but the extreme abrasion resistance of motorcycle crash pants. It weighs no more than once ounce by itself, yet can stow up to 10 cards — and protect said cards form an impromptu rain storm. The SlimFold Wallet is hands down the minimalist wallet of choice during inclement weather and the warm, summer months by the pool. – Buy It
Machined from solid hardwood and individually hand-finished, each Poquito Wood Wallet sports a slim design with a custom molded elastomer strap that can hold 6 cards and some cash. Despite its super thin silhouette, the Poquito includes a unique coin carrying slot for those emergency payphone quarters you might need this weekend, along with a built-in groove that makes accessing your most frequented cards from either side of the wallet a cinch. – Buy It
Whew, it feels like we just barely made it through the Christmas holiday season, but now Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! I made these ninja printable Valentine’s Day cards at the request of my seven-year-old son who asked if I would design “some valentines for boys – with no glittery hearts or love and all that girly stuff!” After reminding him that valentines cards are for Valentine’s Day and all, he finally relented and let me add a few hearts to the cards…as long as they weren’t glittery!
I purchased these yesterday, Avery 8871 Business Cards. I have my old stock and as some people have said, "the newer stock they received are lighter in weight." I have to agree. Also, my old stock had a template to practice on, which the directions said to make several copies of the template to use for future use. These new ones do not include a template. This way, you could set-up the alignment and print on the copies before printing on the cards. As some people have suggested, the printing is off. My old stock cards suggested using Microsoft Word Template 8371 or MS Template 5371. I used Template 8371 and the alignment was perfect. I would suggest not using the Avery website or not using the 8871 Template as suggested. These cards depicted on the Amazon Site are the old stock. The ones received are Avery 8871 True+Print, which is supposed to improve the alignment. My old stock states"Extra-sturdy." matte coated business cards. These new cards with new packaging pictured do NOT state "Extra-
